Terms & Conditions
01Contracting process
- Free initial consultation.
- Personalised proposal sent within a maximum of 48 hours.
- Written acceptance by email, which is considered valid acceptance.
- Initial payment, after which the project starts.
- Delivery of the work and payment of the remaining balance.
02Prices and payment method
Website prices are indicative. The final price is defined in the personalised proposal sent to the client.

Accepted payment methods are bank transfer or Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
03Delivery deadlines
General delivery references:
- Landing page: 5-10 business days.
- Corporate website: 2-4 weeks.
- Online store: 3-6 weeks.
- Bot or automation: 1-3 weeks.
Deadlines start after receipt of the agreed payment and all client materials such as copy, images, access credentials and required assets.
04Revisions and modifications
- Web projects include 2 revision rounds.
- Graphic design work includes 3 revision rounds.
- Automations include 1 revision round.
- Additional revisions are billed at 50 EUR/hour after prior approval.
- Scope changes are quoted separately.
05Cancellations and refunds

Monthly maintenance can be cancelled with 15 days notice before the next renewal.
06Ownership of delivered work
After full payment, the client obtains full ownership of the custom work delivered, including source code, designs and content created specifically for the project.
GK Tech Studio may include the project in its portfolio unless explicit confidentiality is agreed in writing.
Third-party tools and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
07Warranty and post-delivery support
Every project includes a 30-day warranty after final delivery covering technical errors attributable to GK Tech Studio's work.
The warranty does not cover:
- Client or third-party modifications after delivery.
- Failures caused by third-party updates, plugins or APIs.
- New functionality or design changes.
Ongoing support is available through maintenance plans from 50 EUR/month.
